I really don't know if Five Stars are needed! My PA, Allison, was terrific. Thoroughly explained procedure. Dr. D. great, exuded confidence, competency. I feel much better about this procedure now that I fully understand the process. I am also appreciative of the fact that yes, failure can happen. The candid info about that was a comfort also.
