Dr. Patterson extracted an infected tooth, performed a graft, and placed an implant. Although no one want to have this experience, I was extremely happy with the services provided by both Dr. Patterson and his team. They did a great job explaining the cost of the procedures as well as timeline for the entire tooth replacement. This really stands in contrast to a few other practices I contacted where I felt like I was getting intentionally vague responses when I asked about cost. The billing person was friendly and helped push through a successful insurance appeal to get the most coverage. They never over collected the amount due, which seems to happen more and more these days. And the price was all inclusive of follow up visits and post operative care. Perhaps most importantly, the extraction itself was efficient, skilled, and painless, and the placement of the implant was even easier. I felt comfortable with Dr. Patterson's friendly and professional demeanor and I would highly recommend this practice!
