Professional yet friendly atmosphere. Clean, well appointed office. Dr. Patterson clearly explained treatment and options, and answered any questions I had. Also related conversationally to outside interests. Support staff also pleasant and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the extraction went as well as could be expected. In the days following I had only residual pain, which Advil dual action handled nicely. Will return for any future major treatments I may need.
