Pretty simple really. They had a cancellation. They got me in that day. Everyone, from receptionist to assistant to Dr. Patterson himself was prompt, professional, Personable in just the perfect quantity. Have never experienced a more positive encounter with dentistry, or oral surgery. Everything about it was excellent.
