Although I went to a completely wrong location (my error) and our appointment was at 8am, I called DMO's and explained that I was now going to be 30 minutes late and they said "keep on heading this way". They took my daughter in as soon as we arrived for her wisdom teeth extractions. The procedure was 15 minutes long or so, and we were out the door not too long afterwards. Dr. D is a wonderful oral surgeon with an equally wonderful bed side manner. Thanks SO much!

Nice people. They gave me a clear explanation about what would happen and how it would happen. Update: They did a tooth implant. These folks are truly the nicest people. They did a great job.

A family member who has been a patient of this office specifically Dr. DiPasquales for years called and spoke to Michelle the “Office Manager”. He was referred by his general dentist for some more specialized treatment that needed to be done. Michelle was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional not just once, but twice. We will now be moving forward with a different office.
