Outstanding experience. I honestly cannot think of anything I would even recommend. Dr Patterson directly called me for a follow-up after my oral surgery, which to me speaks volumes that he would take the time as opposed to having a secretary reach out on his behalf. Oh, and he also remembered that I mentioned, almost in passing, that I had a history with infections and wanted to make sure I had enough antibiodics. It's the little things that seperate good Dr's from the ones you want to recommend to others. As for the office staff, outstanding as well. They stayed in contact with me prior to the procedure, and genuinely, made something I was absolutely dreading seem painless. As much as I hope to never need to have that type of work done ever again, if I do, I know where I'm calling without hesitation.

Dr. Patterson and his staff made time ( in their already full schedule) to give me an appointment for an emergency extraction. He was contacted by my orthodontist's office at 2:30 p.m. on a Monday and I was seen at 8:00 a.m. the following day. As always, he was gentle and efficient. I was on my way home by 10:30 a.m. with the tooth gone and the bone graft for my implant in place. I was also very impressed by the phone call I received from Dr. Patterson in the evening around 8:30 p.m. to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Patterson has done several implants for me, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Their new office is gorgeous and very convenient. It has ample and easily accessable parking.
